- The first thing that hits you is a strong mixed smell of smoke (even though the place is listed as non-smoking) and some kind of medicine. The next thing you have to figure out is how to turn on the living room light — the switch is “conveniently” placed near the bathroom door instead of at the entrance. All the rooms have dim lighting, which is nowhere near enough. The beds will be too short for anyone over 180 cm( 5.11 ft) tall. There were two half-finished bottles of water on the tables, two dirty napkins on the floor in different rooms, and a literal pair of someone’s socks on the bidet. The whole apartment looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages: there is dust everywhere, the sofa and chair covers are stained and dirty, the dishes were greasy, the shower hose is rusty, and even the toilet seat was covered in some kind of filth. The soap dispenser in the bathroom had just a tiny bit of soap left at the bottom, and there wasn’t even a trash bag or dishwashing liquid provided. On top of that, the owner sent a long message with instructions and then disappeared. When we asked a simple question, there was no response at all. An extremely disappointing experience. The price is completely unjustified for this level of quality. Would not recommend it to anyone. + El apartamento es moderno, en buen estado y muy bien situado. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Fue fácil encontrar la llave con las instrucciones del propietario.
− Las camas, algo cortas, al menos las individuales, podrían ser actualizadas, los colchones se han vuelto un poco blandos. El acceso es por una escalera algo larga, cuidado personas con discapacidad. No nos gustó que el precio publicitado no incluía un CARGO EXTRA de limpieza de 70 euros que sólo apareció cuando reservamos. No lo he visto antes en otras reservas, y hace que inicialmente este apartamento parezca más barato de lo que es realmente, aunque sigue teniendo buen precio.
