+ Everything was perfect including the nice little finishing touches. If you are visiting HP Warner Bros studios you should 100% stay here. Great location, great accommodation , great hosts and nice and private. Turns a visit to HP into much more of a day to remember. + What a beautiful lovely little lodge!! Even before we stepped foot on the property, the hosts sent me all the welcome details we would need upon our arrival, we arrived during a storm in the dark so they ensured the lodge was open and warm ready for our arrival avoiding getting cold and wet in the rain. The property was easy to find using the postcode given, plenty of space to park our car and get our belongings out and straight into the lodge. Stepping into the lodge was literally like stepping into a set from Harry Potter, no detail was left out, no expenses spared the owners really have pulled out all the stops for the lodge to live up to its name even down to the towels being in the Hogwarts house colours, there was so many quirky little details from the movie that we kept on finding and each time we were surprised just how much care and detail has gone into it! The host provided tea and coffee fresh milk and hot chocolate and also some home made bread and cupcakes totally unexpected but a lovely little surprise! Shower gel? Shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer is also provided! The lodge was immaculate whilst still keeping that old lodge style feeling literally like being in Hagrid’s hut in the movie, we even had a little visit from the cows in the field at the back of the property. I honestly could go on and on totally worth a visit if you’re heading for a day at the HP studio’s or even visiting London. Well worth the money I wish we’d have stayed for longer we really didn’t want to leave! We wish the owners all the luck in the world with their new little business! - The only thing that we encountered that wasn’t even that big of an issue but if I had to say one thing that could maybe be changed is the automatic blinds going up at 8am just personal preference but as we were sleeping all in one room and we’d had a late night the night before we wish we’d have gotten a little longer to sleep but as soon as the blinds went up and the daylight was pouring into the room it was impossible to go back to sleep but this can easily be fixed and it would not stop us from staying again!
