+ Very good communication and service. Property was comfortable and cosy we enjoyed our stay.
− Not the fault of the property but due to the heatwave extremely warm inside the property.

+ Comfort, style and location.
− No curtains for the back patio doors to help with shade, but in a normal British summer it wouldn't matter!

+ Its a 10 from me for this lovely cottage. Newly refurbished so even better than the photos on the website. Spotlessly clean and everything you could need for a comfy stay. I was here a week and cooking most evenings so I gave the kitchen a good test and not a thing to moan about (once I sharpened the kitchen knives but frankly I’m a vexingly fussy guest on that score - and at almost every let I find it has blunt knives). I loved the ability to throw open the patio doors fully at the back and let the garden into the kitchen. Huge choice of comfy seats around the downstairs and I used the study area a lot for working in the evenings - looking out the huge window at the wheat field as the sun went down. Getting in was easy wwith a key box and info and texts from owner helpful and responsive Great location as I was working in Ipswich and it was just a short hop away but I got out the city to come back to the delightful picture windows giving views over the fields. Well stocked Co-op just down the road so didnt need to fight with the crowds in the huge Asda that is the next road junction up if you did want it.
− Not a thing. Indeed, I am looking forward to more work in Ipswich so I can come back !
