+ Good location and fantastic price. It was nice to have kitchen facilities which included a microwave and kettle. The shower was warm and nothing to complain about there. - Walking in, there was old takeaway food on the counter and as it turned out, there were no other guests at that time so it had been left for a while. The shared bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. The room was also unclean inside the drawers. All this could be forgiven if the bedding was at least fresh and clean. The bedding had clearly not been washed between uses, my bed smelt of chip grease and when I turned the pillow over I could smell the previous occupant's shower gel, the other pillow on the other bed smelt of shampoo. The middle of the bed smelt like Febreze so this had clearly been sprayed in the bed to avoid changing the sheets. I think the bare minimum in any place I have ever stayed in the UK is that the sheets are clean, this wasn't the case here so I would advise avoiding this accommodation unless you don't mind smelling like a dirty chip. Cheap and cheerful! Walking in, there was old takeaway food on the counter and as it turned out, there were no other guests at that time ...

+ The room was a good size, lovely big windows, so plenty of natural light. The location was good as the bus stop was just a four minute walk away. Liked looking at the baby deer and the geese and cockrel from the kitchen window. But was not keen on the wake up call at 5:30 am from the cockrell.
− The bed was very unconfortable, i had a backache the following day. The pillows were too hard. The TV in the communial room (Kitchen) did not work. No wardrobes or hanging rail in the bedrooms. The bed clothes were nylon and did not like having to go through the shared kitchen to get to the shared bathroom. There were no shelves in shower cubicle for toiletries. The shower could not be ajusted. Should be advertised as a hostel.

− It was dirty, there was damage, decorating was an afterthought, unstable stairs to an overgrown untidy back garden.

+ The location had its own parking lot. The bathroom was acceptable.
− The location was difficult to reach, especially if you arrive in a large car. To get in, you need an app to open the door, but I only received the details when I was already on my way. So you're standing there at the door and you still have to arrange everything/log in. And that didn't work quite as it should have either. With the help of the manager (by phone), I finally got everything installed. The room was very small and not really suitable for three people. There were two beds (with various parts of the beds in the bedside table, making the beds so unstable that you almost didn't dare lie down on them!) and a separate mattress pushed under one bed. It was just a mattress with no duvet or anything like that. Fortunately, we were prepared and had brought sleeping bags... It wasn't clean. We had to share the kitchen with the other rooms. No problem, but when you come in and see the mess, dirty dishes, and food scraps scattered around the kitchen, you don't really feel like making yourself something to eat after traveling for almost 10 hours... On the ‘balcony’ there were also the remains of a bed?! or something similar and a ‘broken’ vacuum cleaner. And all that in just 1 square meter. When we left, we had to ask the neighbors to move their car because the driveway was so narrow that we couldn't make the turn to drive out of the street. And all that for that price... Never again!!! We paid £35 less per night at the Best Western Hotel in Dover... And it was a treat to stay there.
