+ Best thing about it is the fact that it’s really easy to get in to the incredibly conveniently located place with the code they send you when you book and the phone number is manned 24 hours by a really charming competent bloke who even helped us at 9:30 at night to shift to a new room because I stupidly booked a place with no lift when my dad is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get to the second floor, so they moved us to the first floor and even let me take a duvet from a different room for the sofa bed. So they were really friendly and amenable and it meant that we were able to stay. Also really quiet because on a side street. - The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. If you are two separate people definitely take the nice two single bed rooms on the second floor. I think a child could sleep on the sofa bed because they’re not heavy but not comfortable for an adult. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. + My honest opinion is that I did like everything about the property and therefore did not see nothing to fault it.

+ 1. Basically 1-2 minutes walk from train station and near shopping center 2. Room is big and clean 3. Shared kitchen and communal area looked fresh, new and clean
− No kettle in room (minor issue anyways)
