+ Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A PERFECT 10-STAR STAY – HEART OF WINDSOR PRESTIGE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? What an absolutely fantastic apartment! We have just returned from our stay at Heart of Windsor Prestige, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. If I could give more than 10 stars, I certainly would! From the moment we walked through the door, you could tell that so much thought, care and attention had gone into making this apartment feel special. It isn't just somewhere to put your head down for the night; it genuinely feels like a home away from home. There are so many lovely personal touches throughout the property that make it stand out from other places we have stayed. One of our favourite features, especially for the children, was the mood lighting in both bedrooms. The lights have different changeable filters that shine beautiful patterns onto the ceiling, and the kids absolutely loved them! It's these little extras that make such a difference. The beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment was lovely and warm throughout, and the sofa was really comfortable too. Everything was spotless, fresh and welcoming. The kitchen deserves a special mention because it has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Everything was clean, modern and practically brand new. Marcel had even gone above and beyond by stocking the fridge with cans of Coke, plenty of bottled water, milk, iced tea, jam, Lurpak and other little essentials. What a lovely and thoughtful gesture! It was so nice not to have to rush straight out to the shops after arriving. We were also welcomed with some lovely little gifts in boxes on the beds, along with fresh, clean towels. Again, it's those personal touches that make you feel genuinely welcomed rather than just another booking.
