- Absolutely nothing. Where do I start The flat wasn't clean absolutely filthy there was oil splashed under cupboards oven filthy nothing was cleaned at all that day when they had plenty of time. Sofa was full of crumbs which weren't hoovered There was no WiFi no information on anything like a welcome book etc. The host was absolutely useless. You'd phone or text and she wouldn't answer. She kept wanting me to send pictures over every time I mentioned were we was instead of meeting up directly plus kept putting phone down on me when I was trying to explain something which I thought was very rude Absolutely appalling to charge £250 for 2 nights. I would never recommend anyone stay here. There was so much noise outside from club opposite till 3 in the morning. Not amused at all. When we left I text host with no response to say we'd left on departure day. I'm quite angry at the service we received. Bloody disgusting. 😡😡😡 Absolutely nothing. − I called the day before to confirm check-in and was told I’d receive the details that evening. Nothing came. The next day I had to chase the host around noon and only after calling again did she send the information. She asked what time I wanted to check in, then told me the room wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 even though she originally said 2:00. The location was hard to find and in an unpleasant area. I instantly felt uneasy. The lift was dirty with greasy stains and the same lift is used for transporting clean bedding. The hallway carpets were stained and a random bed was left in the corridor. The room smelled nice at first but was dusty. The balcony doors were left open and there were flies everywhere. No Wi-Fi info was visible in the room and I had to message again to get it. The picture the host sent of the Wi-Fi sign was not in the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I stayed for maybe an hour before deciding to leave. The bathroom looked good at first glance but was also dusty. This was supposed to be my birthday and it was completely ruined. I do not recommend this place at all.
