+ The host greeted us on arrival - the annex is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with excellent facilities. Toiletries and large bath sheets provided. Ample hot water in en-suite bathroom. Everything provided you need to self cater with a comprehensive local shop very close by. Tea and coffee provided - we brought our own milk but I’m sure the hosts would provide some if asked and the convenience store would stock it! The design and layout of the annex is very well thought out to offer a very spacious area both upstairs and especially downstairs. Bed linen was lovely and bed was comfortable. The host greeted us on arrival - the annex is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with excellent facilities. Toile...
- Wasn’t a case of not liking but to be aware the bedroom ceiling eves come down low over the bed - wasn’t a problem for us but if you are tall, It’s something to remember eg not to sit upright in the night!!!! We returned in the dark and had a torch to assist us as we entered from the pavement- but again no big issue as any smart phone has a torch l!!! Wasn’t a case of not liking but to be aware the bedroom ceiling eves come down low over the bed - wasn’t a proble...

+ We came to the area to attend a wedding, and needed somewhere four adults could get ready, with out tripping over each other, this was perfect. Two well placed double bedrooms with ensuite. Downstairs is open plan which is great to cook and still be part of the conversation.
