+ The property is in a really good location, 15 min from Bologna, 10 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from Unipol Arena where we attended a concert. It was really clean, with modern utilities. Additionally, once we asked the owners to check out later, they did let us do that, we truly appreciated it. - Minor thing, at night you could hear the neighbors moving stuff around and that could be troublesome for people with light sleep. Minor thing, at night you could hear the neighbors moving stuff around and that could be troublesome for people with ...

+ Spacious and clean place. Nice terrace. Nice bathroom.
− I had issues with the host, who charged me the tax but didn't explain how I could pay it without an Italian bank account. And without payment, he wouldn't give me the access code. After a very long back-and-forth, he finally agreed to let me pay in cash upon arrival. To make matters worse, I clearly asked them to have both beds made, but when I arrived, only one was done. We had to make the second ourselves.
