+ The Italian food at the restaurant was excellent. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as it gets very busy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The free parking nearby was also very convenient.
− This isn't a criticism, just something useful to know before you book: you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the rooms, and the rooms don't offer much space for larger luggage.

+ The rooms were very clean and cozy, and overall the stay was comfortable. We changed rooms during our stay, and while the air conditioning worked very well in one room, it was noticeably less effective in the other. A major positive is the restaurant connected to the property. It is an excellent restaurant, and we really enjoyed being able to stay there and simply walk over for a very good meal. This added a lot to the overall experience. The Wi-Fi also worked very well throughout our stay, which was appreciated.
− The rooms are quite small, which limits the available space, and there was no refrigerator in the room. Adding a small refrigerator would make the rooms considerably more practical, particularly during warmer weather. The air conditioning also seemed inconsistent between rooms. It worked very well in one room but not nearly as effectively in another.

+ We appreciate a lot the kindness of the owner to accept our super late check-in and of the staff who waited us till that late. And the location serves the purpose of our trip.
− Among the 4 rooms we got, we need to change 2: one room had a terrible odor from somewhere unknown (maybe the drainage?) and the other was not cleaned at all (as they even did not make the bed) after the last guest left. The rooms are very small and basic: besides a bed, there is nothing 😂 Also in the bathroom there's only the essential. I would say there is much to do to be a nice boutique hotel.
