+ The property was clean and a short walk from the main town square.
− The room was facing the main road so there was constant traffic noise with a bus stop and delivery vans stopping and unloading goods by our bedroom window. We were also disturbed by other inconsidered guests arriving in the early hours of the morning and even bath water draining as the insulation between the walls seems to be very poor. The spring on the mattress were noisy and too soft and we kept on waking each other up. We haven’t had an uninterrupted night sleep during stay and we are basically exhausted! Definitely unsuitable for guests with mobility issues as there are too many steps to access the front door to the property as well as most of the rooms.

+ The location is good. In the middle of the town and it is clean.
− The room was not as it was described on booking. There was only one small bed, 135cm, for 2 people. My booking confirmation said the room had 3 beds. My husband slept on the couch, which we had to look for sheets for, and then the hostel charged us a supplement for the couch. Which seemed unjust seeing as I sent them the confirmation email that showed our room was to have 3 beds. Even if that was a mistake, they should stand by what is published. Also, there were not towels when we arrived, which we had to go search for late at night and the air conditioner was still set on heat Mode, even though the listing said it had AC. The room was very hot with little to no air flow. We left our window open at night just to cool off a little, which didn’t feel very safe.
