+ It is a good, comfortable hotel. Thermal baths and pools are clean and well maintained. There are countless hydromassage areas and even a deep pool (4 m) with a jump platform for the brave. Water transparency is absolute. Nice garden areas with shade and plenty of loungers. Free bikes make it easy to go into town and enjoy the small-town Italian restaurants and atmosphere. The facility is very well tailored for older guests; safe, accessible bathrooms and a solid range of traditional treatments (mud sessions, massages). We did not have time to try them, but the infrastructure looks proper. Dinner service was very good; the maître and waiters worked impeccably. Room air-conditioning was silent and powerful. Housekeeping is strong; the room smelled clean and fresh. Pillow menu has a good selection, so sleep quality was high. Reception was fast and efficient. One practical note: they hold your passport for a short time. Some people find this strange, but it is done so you get the key immediately, settle in the room, and collect the passport later. This is Italy, a safe country, and a reputable hotel; nothing to worry about. It is for convenience. These are not negatives, just points that should be clearer for future guests: Sauna is open only 2 hours a day. This is stated on the hotel’s own website but is missing from the Booking.com listing and should be added. Strict swim-cap enforcement in the pools should also be clearly stated on the listing for foreign visitors. It is not a problem if you know in advance; some people simply prefer hotels without that rule. The sauna area lacks a proper cold shower because even the “cold” water was lukewarm (to be fair, it was peak summer with 42 °C air temperature). A cold plunge is standard in most spa hotels near the saunas. They do have an ice machine that dispenses thin shredded ice, which was a nice touch. Overall a solid, well-run thermal hotel. + The hotel was perfect — the view of the pool and the Euganean Hills was amazing, the room was huge, and the common spaces were huge too. In December there were very few people, so the pools were almost empty. The location is great as well, right next to a regional park at the edge of town.
− During our stay breakfast was not amazing as claimed in other reviews, but still good. Sometimes we could here people in other room.

+ Location. Size of the place, tons of space to relax and move around. Easy free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room. Good bathroom. Spa robes, towels and useful large bag for poolside. Excellent steam room. Very unexpected birthday gift of Prosecco from the management, not requested by any of my family. I checked 😂
− Had to ask for the a/c to be activated. Fine once it was. There is also a strange policy about ‘owning’ a lounger poolside, that obviously the regulars know about, as I got told off by a guest. But no problem as there is a plethora of loungers available.
