+ Hotel is right next to a small lake, classic hotel style, quite big, quiet. We walked from Pergine station, takes about 45 mins - take the quieter road via Vigalzano, whence fine views of hills and orchards - but there are also small buses same way. Not much to do in Canzolino but it has old streets. Booking.com didn't propose us any breakfast option but that was ok for us as we needed to leave early, however staff seemed surprised by this. + I think it was really great value for what it was. Right next to a couple trails a very beautiful lake. The room was a bit small but it was very organized and clean. Breakfast was also pretty simple but was completely free and nice. Also was offered a free cappuccino which was very kind. + The property is located next to the lake. The lady at the reception was nice and made me a lovely cappuccino.
− Unfortunately, the address shown on booking.com is wrong and it seems like as what they said they cannot change this. This is quite misleading as we were randomly walking around a neighbourhood not knowing where we’re heading. Some nice locals saw us being lost and helped us locate the hotel. Even though the hotel is the only one in that area, at the moment I couldn’t find it as the name is different that what’s on Booking. I tried to call the number listed in the reservation and the person who picked up told me they don’t speak English. Later on thankfully they sent me a message on whats app with the address. Breakfast is offered but there is no option to book it online. The room was fine but the next day in the morning when i woke up, I noticed there was a blood spot on the pillows case, it was too late to say anything of course as i had already slept on it. I did read other reviews saying they also had issues with wholes etc, but please if you have pillow cases with blood stains on them, just throw then out. It’s a bit disgusting to sleep on.

− Rotoli di carta igienica già cominciati . In bagno solo un sapone ed un doccia schiuma e neanche monouso, non uno shampoo o un cotton fiocc o altro. Forniti telo bagno e asciugamano viso , non da bidet. Nonostante fosse fine settembre , letti con una copertina sottilisdis e non cuscini aggiuntivi o coperte aggiuntive di riserva in stanza.
