+ Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. Access information provided by email which was very easy to follow. We had tried to make contact with the owners several times before our stay to check whether there was an area to keep our bicycles safe overnight but only ever reached a booking centre in Madrid who were unable to help which was a bit disappointing. In the event we took our bikes in, through reception and the dining area and put them outside at the back. Our very large 2nd floor room had a settee and small terrace overlooking rooftops, the design and attention to detail was wonderful (our friends had equally wonderfully decorated rooms) Fantastic large shower. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent free WiFi. You could purchase wine from reception via an honesty box. Wonderful breakfast, eggs freshly prepared by the helpful, friendly young lady when we arrived. There have been several comments about breakfast, it appears that if the hotel is busy, breakfast is laid out as a buffet. When it's quieter as it was during our stay, you are offered items to choose from. Perhaps the dissenters arrived after previous guests ate too much! The village of Sajazarra is absolutely beautiful, definitely worth a visit and this accommodation will be up there with the best you've ever stayed in, we loved it Wow! + Fabulous with great attention to detail, period furniture and fixtures and fittings.
− Breakfast pretty basic. Not fresh bread. Reheated coffee. Staff lovely but we were given incorrect code for access to property which was a little frustrating but problem quickly resolved.

+ Spacious 'superior double' room. Sunny (hot) balcony (no furniture) overlooking a small inner courtyard area. Fairly easy to find parking in the street as we had a rental car with us. (Also good to read in their description that they have bicycle storage as that's what we are usually looking for!l) Set in a cute small village within a great area for exploring other local villages and vineyards. The young woman serving breakfast was very kind and helpful and also able to sort out our luggage transfer when we changed rooms.
− There's no elevator (which we already knew from the listing). It's keyless check-in - fortunately we didn't have any problems with it - we just prefer human reception.
