To access the property, all guests must complete an online registration prior to arrival.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete this registration. After it has been successfully completed, you will receive instructions and the access codes for the hotel and your room.
Guests who have completed the registration and have their access codes may enter Hotel Cristal 1 directly, even after 11:30 PM (23:30).
If you arrive after 11:30 PM (23:30) and have not yet completed the registration or do not have your access codes, please call 981 14 87 38 in advance and proceed to Hotel Cristal 2 to arrange your check-in.
