+ My stay at Hotel Roma in Assisi was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything worked perfectly: the facilities were comfortable, clean and very well maintained, and the location simply could not be better — right in the heart of Assisi’s historic center, which makes exploring this extraordinary city on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Dara and Federico, who were absolutely wonderful with me. Their kindness, professionalism, attention and warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome, and the entire staff treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay. I was truly delighted and highly satisfied with my experience. As a professional tour guide and tour conductor working with groups throughout Europe, it was especially important for me to find a hotel where I could also accommodate my guests with complete confidence, knowing they would be comfortable, welcomed and well looked after. Hotel Roma delivered exactly that and even exceeded my expectations. I left Assisi not only happy with my stay, but certain that this is a place I can confidently recommend to my guests and where I would be very happy to return. - Negative points? Honestly, I had to think hard to find one! Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I really have nothing to complain about. The facilities, the service, the atmosphere and especially the location were excellent. Sometimes the best criticism you can give a hotel is simply this: keep doing exactly what you are doing! I left Assisi happy, satisfied and already knowing that Hotel Roma is a place I would gladly choose again for myself and for my guests. Negative points? Honestly, I had to think hard to find one! + The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Assisi. It is close to the entrance of the town, right across from St Chiara church and easy to walk to other parts of beautiful Assisi.
− The room was a tad small, but we were only there one night so it was fine. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and pleasant.!
