+ First of all I’d like to say wow what and experience, from start to finish, Luca who is the owner of the hotel. Is probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life, he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at there, the hotel is a lovely family run business, in the perfect location, All the staff are lovely, the room was nice a big, with a balcony the over looked a traditional Italian street, the sounds and smell of Italian culture, all electric blinds throughout that you can control from the bed side, modern air conditioning unit with remote control, tv, bathroom was lovely, the food was very nice and well prepared with a good variety and fresh everyday, the hotel also offers free bicycle hire, and it is very easy to bicycle around everywhere, the location of the hotel seems very central, with Misano race circuit only 1.2 kms away, Catolllica 3kms ride, along a lovely bicycle track the runs parallel with the beach all the way, all shops and fuel station a 2 minute walk away. And Luca himself and his son, where absolutely amazing, kind people and always available for help and information about what to do and where to go etc. my and my wife felt well at home. + Stayed for 2 times in a row. Good location, spotless clean, very comfortable bed & one of the best breakfast. The owner, Luca is very friendly & accommodate. Will be my first choice to stay in MIsano.
