-Access to the spa and wellness center is not permitted to children under 15.
-Children between the ages of 15 and 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
-CHILDREN UNDER 15, ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, MAY ACCESS THE WELLNESS CENTER AND OUTDOOR HOTTIME ONLY ON SATURDAY EVENINGS FROM 8:30 PM TO 11:30 PM.
-Parking is unattended and subject to availability. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.
-The wellness center is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. It is open until 11:30 PM on Fridays.
-The wellness center is open only on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and on holidays. It is open in specific 3-hour slots, which must be booked before arrival. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
-Please note that if a time slot is not reserved by the guest, it will be assigned by the property based on availability.
-Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
-Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
