Customers who wish to book a spa treatment or circuit can do so at the time of booking through the comments section, or by contacting the hotel using the information that appears on the booking confirmation.
The hotel will contact the guest to confirm the date and time. The hotel cannot guarantee access to the spa without prior reservation.
Please note that hotel guests can access the Plaza Mayor by car.

Air conditioning in the rooms is available from June 15 to September 15.
