Reception opening hours:
From: 6:30 to 9:30 and 17:00 to 21:00 during the week.
From 7:30 to 10:30 and 17:00 to 21:00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Please note that outside reception opening hours you must use your reservation number to obtain your room number and access code from the automatic room allocator. If you have not prepaid your reservation you will also need your credit card.
Please note that a shared bathroom is available on each floor. As part of our eco-friendly policy, the hotel does not provide standard towels for rooms with shared bathrooms; however, you may purchase a towel on-site for an additional fee of €4.
Guests traveling with a minor may be subject to additional verification at check-in.
The fine print
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• A damage deposit of €50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $56. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
