+ The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it quick and easy to drive to neighboring towns like Terracina and San Felice Circeo. A huge plus is the free on-site parking, which is incredibly convenient if you are traveling by car. We liked the room, and it was cleaned every day. There is also an elevator in the building, even though we stayed on the ground floor. The hotel is clearly well-suited for people with disabilities. The breakfast was good — simple but very tasty. The staff was quite polite, and any issues were resolved quickly during working hours. There is an outdoor pool on the property, but in October it was a bit too chilly for swimming and I felt cold; interestingly, the sea water turned out to be warmer at this time of year. On the downside, there is no proper full-sized fridge in the room — only a mini-bar, which we had to use to store our groceries. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it quick and easy to drive to neighboring towns like Terracina and...
- The biggest disadvantage is the centralized air conditioning system. You cannot adjust the temperature or turn it off individually from your room. One night, I woke up to a very loud noise coming from the A/C. Since there was no one at the reception at 3 a.m., nobody could help me. In the end, I had to open the window, which finally triggered the system to shut off and stop making noise. Another issue is the bathroom window, which faces the street and is completely clear. I would highly recommend that the hotel applies a frosted window film to blur the view and give guests more privacy. As for the interior, some of the furniture looked quite worn out. On the hotel's official photos, everything looks brand new and shiny, but in reality, the decor feels a bit dated. However, this didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. − the room had BLACK MOULD, this is highly dangerous, we requested another room, they were booked out, so we had to find new accommodation, I am waiting for a full refund, this has been reported

+ Accoglienza molto gentile, camere ampie e pulite, piscina bellissima, ottima colazione.
− La gestione dell'aria condizionata da parte della struttura, non si poteva regolare autonomamente. Il parcheggio nonostante molto ampio la sera accoglieva anche le macchine della pizzeria affianco e quindi era difficoltoso parcheggiare.
