+ The apartment was stocked with everything necessary—including Coke, juice, water, coffee, tea, cake, rusks, soap, shampoo, and more. It was especially convenient for late arrivals, as check-in is possible at any time, even at night. The location worked well for us too, as Gallarate is situated roughly halfway between Milan and Como. It is a very quiet place to stay. The host was always available; whenever we needed clarification or had questions about the amenities, he provided prompt assistance. I recommend it. We didn't take any photos. − It was an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience. The place was filthy, the floor was so dirty that your shoes would stick to it, and the smell inside was absolutely unbearable. On top of that, they didn’t even provide bed linen — despite the room description clearly stating that bed linen and towels were included. In the pictures on booking it is clear that there are linens. When I asked the manager for linen, he admitted they had none, and after our heated discussion, he went on Booking and changed the ‘facilities’ section to claim that bed linen is available only for an extra fee. This is dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying at this accommodation. I attach photos with the sofa with no linens and the filth that is in this accomodation. It is a scam.
