+ Absolutely incredible property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was stunning, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy and had such a lovely, warm atmosphere. Everything was finished to a fantastic standard, with real attention to detail. It genuinely exceeded our expectations! The host was phenomenal! Exceptionally warm, welcoming, friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make your stay special. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in, and an experience we would happily repeat. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Absolutely incredible property! - Absolutely nothing to complain about! If I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would be lovely if guests could use the driveway for parking. However, this certainly wouldn’t put us off returning. Everything else was exceptional! Absolutely nothing to complain about! − Unfortunately, we ended up booking alternative accommodation - the description of the property was misleading, stating an ensuite bathroom in the property. This was an essential requirement for an elderly relative travelling with us - However this was not the case property did not have ensuite as described, just a single bathroom! by the time this became apparent, there was no option for cancellation. Notes state host will contact a week before (that didn't happen) Only initiated contact was by me to check which room had the ensuite to confirm sleeping arrangements of the group - when the inaccurate description came to light, I offered to pay 30% as a late cancellation cost - but host flatly refused. Beware of this host, misleading description, limited contact prior to stay and no acceptance of their error. Costly mistake to book on my behalf.
