+ Good friendly staff. . Very informative. . The room was very clean. . Great value. . The shower was good and powerful. The bed was very comfortable. . The location was excellent, city centre. . Room temperature was ideal. .
− 3 minute wait, for hot water, in the shower, in the morning. . The staircase is steep. .

+ Loved the location. Close to cafes & train station, but also in the historical center. Entirely walkable. I was a little nervous about checking in late, but it was simple, and the hotel was easy to find as well. The balcony overlooking the street. 😀 I also felt very safe.
− Water in the shower was not very hot, just warm after running it for a few minutes. There could be a small fridge for leftovers, maybe a hot water kettle, but it’s not a big deal. Also there was no coffee or anything in the lobby in the morning, but also no problem, as cafes were open early.

+ The room was big for one person, two might find it a little cramped. The en-suit was really close, like two steps from the bed. As for location it is just around the corner from the Arena. Staff are not always the but are very helpful when they are.
− About the only gripe with the Hotel (and I'm really begin super critical) would the narrow spiral staircase. Would not be easy if you had large bags. The only other "issue" is not with the Hotel but the garbage collectors and street cleaners coming round in the dead of night.
