+ We had a family room and it was perfect, the comfiest beds, great big space, big TV, and situated in the garden so easy access to the pool and quiet away from the main building, we slept so well!
− We left our bags at the property in the morning, went back to check in at 3pm only to be told that the room wasn't ready and it would be ready in 45 mins. So we waited in the bar, and after 45 mins i went to check, only to be told it would be another 30 mins. Eventually an hour and half later it was ready. It was not ideal to not be able to check in when you are waiting around with a 3 year old, on a rainy day. I think this could have been handled better. I think the rooms could have benefitted from a mini fridge. I also think it was a little on the expensive side considering breakfast was not included.
