- Window in basement room was very small so not a lot of natural light. Biggest disappointment was the food available in the restaurant/bar. £7.49 for a measly, dry chicken skewer. + Excellent value for money and a fantastic location. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Although small, they are cleverly designed, with enough storage space even for a longer stay. The bed isn’t particularly wide, but the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well. The hotel is clean, the staff are lovely, and the breakfast is good. We were completely happy with everything else. Just a few minutes’ walk from Westminster, with a Tube station around the corner, the hotel is in one of the best locations in London. + great for just sleeping and the bar downstairs was great for socialising rooms are small but have all the amenities you need staff were fabulous - it was really clean but we did literally just sleep in our room
− Left something behind in the public area of the hotel and still haven't been able to get through to the hotel to check if they have it - I have rang multiple times and can't even leave a message for someone to call me - it's an awful after service by premier inn and the system they have to speak to an operator doesn't work as they just ring the hotel and try to get through as well
