+ Location for the event we were attending. Good communication and info from friendly hosts. Good value for the location. Pretty room with almost everything thing needed for our stay. Key safe to enter property. Large hanging cupboard with clothes hangers. Ironing board and iron. Lovely eco toiletries ☺ Beautiful white cotton bedding and towels. Lovely shower room. Comfy mattress. - We were OK with them but the steps up to accommodation from parking are steep, which could be challenging if you have mobility difficulties and needs considering if you have heavy luggage or lots to carry. The room is a little compact. Needed to use large cupboard to store luggage. No TV, OK for us but if staying for more than a couple of nights might be a negative for other guests. No chair or seating other than the bed, probably due to size of room. We missed having a seat. Mirror above sink is high, I'm 5'5" and couldn't use it. We both found the duvet heavy, yes, it is personal preference but not comfortable for us.
