+ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was very happy with the service and help of all the staff. My reason for leaving a day early was because of my dog who is very nervous of anything new and did not settle. No other reason. One thing I did think was that here should be trash cans around the site considering it is partly a camp site. All in all it was a lovely stay and I hope to go again in June. - The fact that I could not drive to the side of my trailer (71) to off load and re-load my car. Being a female alone with a dog it was difficult. I also think that in the shop there should be more in the way of food/snacks for those that have not brought food with them. Or a small restaurant food/snack service. + This park is an excellent option for those who value rest, silence, and contact with nature. I don’t understand the comments complaining about the lack of cell phone signal and Wi-Fi. It's part of the experience, and for me, it was one of the positive aspects. It was great to give my children a few days away from the 'digital noise.' The swimming pools are a fantastic addition, especially the 'beach pool,' which has a truly paradisiacal feel.
− The bathrooms weren’t always clean. Two cleanings a day in the middle of August are not enough. I understand the concern for sustainability, but there should be more places to dispose of rubbish, in addition to the bins located at the park entrance. Unfortunately, some people end up leaving rubbish where it’s not supposed to go, which affects all users

+ Fantastic tent. Very well equipped and clean. Hot in the day yes but cool at night. Yes there were a LOT of mosquitos but given the location, we expected this and brought very strong repellant which we reapplied a lot and kept the mosquito net firmly closed on the tent at all times. The pools were great. Grounds very well kept. Not much cellular service but with the views and peace- we did not mind at all. Comfortable with a dog.

+ Let’s just say — if you're expecting a little utopia, that’s probably your own dream, not what you’ll find here. The grounds are truly beautiful, no doubt about that. But everything else was quite disappointing. We booked the biggest and most expensive house, but when we arrived, they told us it hadn’t been cleaned — and offered us a tent for the night instead. We didn’t come here for a tent, we booked a house. There were no other options, so we ended up sleeping in the tent. It was new and clean, to be fair — but the area around it was just mud, not even gravel. Clearly the tents are a recent addition, and the surrounding area was still being worked on. The next day, we finally moved into the house... at 5 PM. And guess what? It still wasn’t really cleaned. We found big dirty pots with dried food in them. They did bring us clean pots and offered a free pizza as a gesture — which was nice, but didn’t really fix the whole experience. A beautiful place, but sadly, poor management and attention to detail ruined it for us.
