+ The location was good, not too far from the town centre and quite a pleasant 2 mile walk in.
− There wasn't much else around. It was on an industrial estate which meant that office staff / lorry's etc. were an early morning wake up call - along with a rather annoying sandwich van that continually bibbed its horn.

+ It is a very strange apartment. It is above a church on a business estate surrounded by office blocks. For one night it was fine, but I would not want to be there longer. It was very quiet but my room overlooked the car park and some people arrived very early, had a loud chat and drove off at about 6am on a Sunday. Fortunately the church service did not start till 11am after we had left.
− It is above a church on a business estate surrounded by office blocks. We were not able to check in early, so literally just stayed the night getting there at 11pm, vacating at 9 am. Having had an email with directions and requesting we phone for the keybox code on arrival I had to call to request it be emailed to me as we would not be arriving till late. As I was speaking to someone I also asked if there was single serving UHT milk provided for a cup of tea, to be told NO in no uncertain terms. As it was the two rooms both had a little tray with tea/coffee biscuits etc so I need not have had a pint of milk in the car all day! They also send a lot of emails stating in capitals what we can and cannot do which were very annoying, verging on rude, comments like "Apartment EXACTLY as found as this would affect your account and a damage deposit will be charged at checkout if the cleaner were to make a complaint" It is also the only place I have ever stayed where they Tell you to strip the bed before leaving. It is not an apartment either. It is two bedrooms with TV's desk, chair and bed, 1 bathroom and a tiny kitchenette, no lounge. The stairs are very narrow and very steep, making luggage quite difficult to take up/bring down.
