+ Very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff and well-equipped kitchen where we made pasta dinner for our family. We especially enjoyed the Delicious breakfast of warm croissants, coffee, fruit, yogurt and other treats.Thank you!

+ Breakfast was typically Italian however there was some difficulty knowing how to use the equipment to prepare coffee/tea and it was not clear how much cleaning up we were required to do. Location was distant from Rome but we took that into account when choosing this B&B
− Access to the structure was difficult but mainly due to me not reading the sms about passwords necessary to enter an unattended building

+ A quiet place near Rome. The room was comfortable, with a lovely porch right in front of the house. Breakfast was truly delicious, with fresh croissants, yogurt, and coffee – the perfect Italian way to start the day :)
