+ I was with my youngest son, 2 weeks' holiday at Fillipe's house. Fillipe is a friendly shy man, you can always message or call him if you need anything. He has a nice house, it has a kitchen with dining area. 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. With google maps you can easily find the house. Places like Lucca, Pisa Florence is easily accessible. If you want to go to the beach, go to Marina de Pisa and park the car near Grand hotel Golf Tirrenia. Groceries: Conad, Penny, Carefour (Lucca), Eurospin. Restaurants: Flamingo (next door), Bella e Pronta, Zi Meo, Kisoro Sushi, Cliff restaurant. So plenty of everything around. - The front door to the building was unlockable so we could only secure the internal front door. The floor and kitchen ware were visibly dirty. There were no instructions about whether we could park in front of the building and the host would not reply to questions about this. We booked breakfast but again, no details about this and no reply from our host when we asked - via 4 different methods (text, WhatsApp, email and Booking.com.app). There were 3 pastries in total in the kitchen but there were 4 of us for 2 nights so assume this was not 'breakfast'. + The washing machine.
− The property was not clean. The bedding was dirty, definitely not been cleaned. There was a lot of dust all over the place. In the shower and bathroom dirt from previous guests. Even in the kitchen the dishes were still on the kitchen. No breakfast. On the table there were mono cups marmelade and Nutella and 6-7 slices of toast and some packed stuff. We supposed to make our own coffee or tea. There was a Lavazza espresso maker but no cups. We skipped this and went to the bar. I send a message to the owner but never got a reply back. The building is on the outskirts of the town, towards industrial area. The appartement is not finished building. Tubes and wires out of the wall. This property is absolutely a NO GO!

+ Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sehr komfortabel und sauber.
− Es war zu Fuß etwas weit, ein geöffnetes Restaurant zu finden. Die Öffnungszeiten der naheliegenden Lokale sollte man in jedem Fall vorab prüfen.
