Please note that check-in is self-service using an entrance code. The detailed check-in instructions and entrance code will be sent to guests via WhatsApp before arrival.
A baby chair and a baby cot are available free of charge, provided the baby is included in the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request, with the exception of cats, which are not permitted in this apartment. A fee of €20 per pet, per night applies, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. Guests may arrive at any time after 4:00 PM, with no restriction on late-night arrivals. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Early check-in requests before 4:00 PM and late check-out requests after 11:00 AM must be approved at least 24 hours before arrival or departure, respectively. Subject to availability, early check-in is charged at €5 and late check-out at €9.
The fine print
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Please inform Instant-Léman II in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• A damage deposit of €500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $561. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
