+ For a budget hotel, ITOUR proved a find - clean and comfortable rooms, a smiling staff, and a charming outdoor cafe with a good breakfast. The location is not particularly charming, situated in a drab suburb, but it's conveniently near the metro, which provides direct access to downtown, and it's well-positioned for travel north toward Barcelona. The staff was really nice. When we asked for a hair dryer, they found one. And they offered the advice to take the subway into town rather than our car. + The bedroom was large and clean, and the hotel is located in a quiet area. The cafe seems quite nice, although it doesn't open until 9am and might not be open every day.
− An unusual feature of the room that I stayed in was that the bathroom area was contained in a glass section within the main bedroom. This means that when you are using the bathroom, you can see everything in the bedroom, and anyone in the bedroom can see everything in the bathroom. This means you will see your partner going to the toilet and that sort of thing. We thought this was quite a strange design decision which can lead to a bit of awkwardness. I think some of the other comments and main reviews mention this point.

+ Hotel is isolated but near the place I was going to work. Kind reception lady. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of power sockets and USB charging options. Provided option of hot water with complimentary tea
− Breakfast starts at 9:00 am - Does not make much sense for business clients. I asked whether I could pick up something at 8:30 and was told that it was not possible. No bathroom door - thus no separation at all between the room and, well, the toilet. This is not very pleasant, especially if traveling with others (I was by myself) No cabinets in the room. Just a shelf and a bar with (few) hangers to hang your clothes. Not a single drawer in the room. Fancy electronic lights but i could not get them to work for half of the room on the last day.
