+ The view was superb, the location was great as it was near the centre of the town ,it had all necessary appliances.
− The bed slats were broken and loose, the toilet seat moved as it was the wrong shape for the bowl, extractor fans worked intermittently and made a high pitched noise also it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, there were two bedside cabinets down one side of bed when we moved one we found a huge stain on the carpet and wall ,the flooring left a lot to be desired, the kitchen flooring was lino that overlapped and in one place went six inches up the skirting board, the flooring in the bathroom was sticky back tiles of two different colour and styles put down randomly, the furniture is very tired the security light outside didn't work so when you returned at night it was pitch black ,it needed a good deep clean and decorated, I had a look at nextdoor cottage and it was so lovely as this one could be if it had a bit of TLC .

+ Perfect location, communication was very clear. Had a little terrace so we could enjoy lunch there. An extra bed was very handy, and the price was great.
