+ I called Geraldine to let her know I was at the property and she told me how to get in and said she'd pop by soon after to make sure everything was ok and to tell me how to work the heating etc. Everything was fantastic. beautiful kitchen and cozy sitting room. The bed was 2 singles pushed together but I was travelling alone with my dogs so this was fine for me. There's also a hot tub there that can be used for a very reasonable fee, unfortunately I wasn't able to use it as my dogs are too needy to allow me 30 seconds peace. I called Geraldine to let her know I was at the property and she told me how to get in and said she'd pop by soon aft...
- If I'm REALLY picking holes, I'd say that there were a few little niggley things like missing pictures (nail in the wall with nothing hung on it) or not being able to adjust the height of the shower (I'm 6'2" and could just fit under it), but honestly... its only obvious to me because I'm currently decorating my own house. To anyone else, you'd never notice it. Its certainly not something that would put me off staying here again (...he says, coming back to Bookings.com thinking about booking it again already and realizing I'd not reviewed my stay) If I'm REALLY picking holes, I'd say that there were a few little niggley things like missing pictures (nail in the w...

+ We had a fantastic stay at King's Cottage, Basil Sheils, Armagh. Two days of sunshine, relaxation and beautiful surroundings. The cottage had everything we needed, especially the unique log-fired hot tub. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner in Basil Sheils restaurant, with dinner being the highlight. + I went with my parther and liked how clean, comfortable & cosy it was. The hot tub was nice and relaxing too, the host Geraldine was amazing. We put a request in to arrive a little earlier and she was very accommodating with our request, would recommend staying there as it was very homely

+ My family and I have just returned home after our 3 night stay at Kings Cottage, Tassagh. We were thrilled with the settling and location, and even more so with the clean, character filled yet modern feel, spacious accommodation. The space has mature gardens and surrounding with sounds of the Callen River at the end of the driveway.
