- We booked two Deluxe King Studios but one was a small double. The towels were cheap and not absorbent. There was no bath mat so the bathroom floor was wet. Bedding was cheap, synthetic and hot; pillows were very 'flat'. The room was airless and we couldn't open the windows as we were at ground level next to a busy road. + Overall, it was a positive experience. I believe it is a business that is still in its early stages, so there is great potential for improvement. The place was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious. There was a large bed and a kitchenette. It also had a table, a desk, and a large wardrobe. The lighting was good, although I missed having a bedside lamp. I had a few minor issues, but the owner was very communicative and responsive — he answered all my questions within minutes. In the end, it was a good experience . + Checkout was meant to be for 11 but didn’t end up leaving until 3pm, I reckon I could’ve done another night there and one would’ve came to clean the room
− The room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned, bed looked like someone was still in it and water bottles left on the side, gave us another 2 rooms where the code for the door just didn’t work so ended up trying different codes on different door numbers, there’s no WiFi, had to set up the TV myself, no microwave, saw another couple try checking in, we gave them the code for the main door to let them in but it seems they didn’t get any confirmation code and wasn’t able to get hold of the landlord so wasn’t able to enter property, just avoid this property

− There was no wifi, no extension lead for the property there was no pans or any stuff to cook and the preparation on getting the room ready was poor
