This is a temporary hold on your account, not a charge, intended to cover any incidentals, property damage, additional fees or penalties, and a guarantee for your stay. The hold is automatically released after checkout subject to bank processing times.

• A damage deposit of €60 is required on arrival. That's about $67. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
