House rules
SWIMMING POOL
From 1 May to 30 September, the private swimming pool is open and heated at no extra charge.
In April and October, the pool can be opened and heated on request and subject to confirmation: a flat fee of 100 EUR to heat the pool before arrival, then 25 EUR per night booked. It takes several days to heat the pool; please contact us in advance.
Outside these periods, exceptional opening may be considered depending on the dates, weather and technical conditions, with a price quote provided before confirmation.
A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the weather, the wind and how cool the nights are.
Bed linen and bath towels are included. Pool towels are not provided.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
A 7 kW charging point is available as an optional extra, at a rate of 20 EUR per night booked for the entire stay. This flat-rate fee provides access to the charging point for the whole group, regardless of the number of vehicles; only one car can be charged at a time. Please request this option and arrange payment with the property before use.
ACCOMMODATION AND ARRIVAL
Two of the four bedrooms can each be arranged with either a double bed or two single beds. Please let us know your preferred arrangement before you arrive.
We prefer to welcome you in person. A secure key box is available for late arrivals in the evening or at night, subject to prior arrangement. Please let us know your approximate arrival time, then give us a call 30 to 60 minutes before you arrive. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am.
