+ We had an amazing stay at Silvia’s place! Before our arrival, she provided clear instructions on parking and amenities, which made everything so easy. When we arrived, the apartment was immaculate - spotless bathroom, fresh bedsheets, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Silvia went above and beyond by leaving us plenty of snacks and ingredients for cooking, which was such a thoughtful touch. We originally booked for two nights but ended up extending because we loved it so much. The location is perfect - just a minute walk to the lake for swimming and sunbathing, and within walking distance to the ferry point, great restaurants, cafés, Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, and Villa Balbianello. The apartment is close to a main road, so there is some noise at night, but this is such a small trade-off for everything else it offers. Most importantly, Silvia was an absolute star! She was always available, incredibly quick to respond, and genuinely kind. She made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to make our stay special. + Silvia is the best host one can ever hope for, brilliant communication, readily available, welcoming and very caring. The location is minutes from lake front, swimming beaches, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and public transport. The apartment is immaculate, charming and full of character.

+ Charming apartment in an old house, it has a small stone yard and wooden doors. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay on lake Como, close to Tremezzo where you can take a boat and visit Bellagio, Varenna, Mennagio. It’s a short walk of 15mins. Free parking option nearby and s great advantage and we were able to find free space easily on a weekend and during the week. Silvia was a great host!
− Please bear in mind that inside the apartment it’s difficult to get mobile internet and there is no wi-fi available. For adults it’s not a problem, but if you travel with teenage kids, it can be :)

+ The property had everything we needed for a two night stay. We were able to book and get in the same night, because of complications we were looking for this option. Silvia was the best host we could have asked for, especially with us being in another country. She made it all easy and offered to help with everything. We really appreciated the hospitality and the quick response. If ever in lake como again we will definitely be stopping!
