+ La Casetta is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay in Fermo. I initially booked it because it was very conveniently located near a friend that I went to visit and the price was very reasonable. My stay was very short, but I simply fell in love with the Casetta: the hosts were incredibly friendly and flexible with the check-in (and Michela's mother, who came to give me the key, was very welcoming and extremely sweet); the place is very comfortable, I slept very well at night because the bed was great and, despite the excellent location in the city center, the house is in a small street where not many people walk by. Another excellent point was the water pressure in the bathroom, which was great! Due to my short stay I didn't have the opportunity the kitchen a lot, but it seemed functional and well-equipped (including coffee, tea, and sugar, which was great since supermarkets do not open on Sunday). + Appartamentino delizioso, ben arredato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e massima disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Abbiamo dormito benissimo in assenza di rumori. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito nelle vicinanze. Altamente consigliato. 👍☺️

+ Casa pulitissima e appena ristrutturata. Posizione ottima perché super silenziosa. Tutto funziona bene e ci sono tante attenzioni per gli ospiti cosa che spesso i gestori degli appartamenti non considerano. La signora che gestisce l’appartamento è molto gentile e disponibile.

+ La casa si trova all'interno delle mura, vicino al centro storico. Parcheggio pubblico a circa 100 m. E' piccola ma accogliente e dotata del necessario. Proprietaria molto disponibile.
