- The apartment exposed to sunlight, cold, dirty floor and the sofa in the living room - was full of animal hair, so it was not washed properly after the previous guest. Air conditioning that spreads dust, hair and pollen, balcony doors that do not close, which states that every time I leave the apartment I had to close large wooden blinds (not repaired despite repeated requests), no kettle. There was a stench of sewage in the complex. Very unclear instructions on how to get to the apartment, problems with leaving the complex when I leaved the key inside the apartment according to the instructions. Overall, terrible service and apartment management. I insisted on compensation but the apartament staff refused. + El apartamento es ideal para una pareja,tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos,la piscina está muy cerca y a la playa se puede or andando.
− Lo único negativo es que no había ningún paño de cocina y el sofá estaba algo sucio.

+ La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días conociendo la zona de Vera y Mojacar. El alojamiento es muy cómodo. Además es muy agradable la terraza que tiene para comer, cenar o desayunar. También tiene una piscina comunitaria muy agradable para refrescarte o tomar el sol. El único punto negativo son las indicaciones para recoger las llaves y encontrar la entrada a la urbanización y el apartamento. Creemos que podrían estar más claras, ya que nos costó mucho entender por dónde se accedía. Tuvimos que llamar al número de teléfono de atención al cliente y nos explicaron más o menos por donde se accedía. Asi que al final todo bien, pero si enviaran fotos e instrucciones más claras previamente sería más operativo. Pero en general fue una estancia perfecta.
