+ • Personal welcome: The hosts – the entire family are generous, helpful and caring. Massimo met us at the door and helped carry our baggage from the car into the apartment. We really appreciated that. • Clean, well-equipped interior: The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with helpful signs, a clearly displayed Wi-Fi code, and politely stated rules. • Wonderful location and view: Being next to Sant'Emidio Cathedral and a few steps outside of the no-cars allowed Centro Storico entrance was spectacular. We also enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs and getting to know its owners. • Convenient parking: The parking by the river was well organized and convenient. Massimo’s directions were especially helpful because the entrance comes immediately after the turn and the signs are not very clear. • Comfort during our stay: The makeup light helped brightened the room and the kitchen was adequately equipped and accessible to both tall and short people. + Perfect location and lovely terrace overlooking the cathedral. The owners were very accommodating to my late arrival. Great suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Great communication all the way around.
− The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because the bathroom was not en-suite.

+ Tutto perfetto! Siamo stati davvero molto bene. L'appartamento è nuovo, grande, spazioso e molto curato. Si dorme benissimo: è caldo, accogliente e silenzioso. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro storico, proprio dietro alla piazza principale, con affaccio sulla Cattedrale di Sant'Emidio. Il signor Massimo è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Lo abbiamo avvisato un paio d'ore prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha accolto con grande cordialità, dandoci anche tanti consigli utili per visitare Ascoli, città che conosce molto bene essendo del posto. Un'attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto! Se dovessi tornare ad Ascoli, prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo qui. Consigliatissimo!
