+ Amazing location in a small town on the slope of the mountains surrounding the Сomo lake. 2 big bedrooms with bath room on the first floor and living room, kitchen and washing room with toilet on the second floor. The beds are quite comgortable. The view on the lake is fantastic, even despite the krane located exactly against the house. There is parking place not far from the house (~100 m). Please take in account that it is convinient for small/regular car (less suitable for big car). The house is managed by Quokka 360 company and their response was relatively fast. − Unpleasant surprises and even more unpleasant service. We were not informed of the lack of cell phone reception until after the free cancellation period and were required to sign a contract that had been translated from Italian, enforceable in Italy, stating explicitly that the property does not guarantee internet access, heat, or other utilities as well. The contract also stated that no one would enter the property without notice or our presence. Then a few days before check-in, Quokka sent us an email saying that they will conduct random inspections for assessment of damages. This was one surprise too many and when I requested cancellation due to misrepresentation, they wanted to charge a nearly $450 fee on top of not refunding the booking. Additionally, the rental company did not address any of my concerns about the cell phone reception surprise and availability of WiFi. So, we proceeded with the reservation and there were more surprises: 1. The property description says that there is on-site parking. This is not true. You have to drive up a super narrow road and park in a separate garage that’s across a road and a bit of a walk along uneven pavement to the apartment. It’s a bit of a hassle for luggage and the garage door is manual and has little room to maneuver entry. 2. The property description and photos state that there are lake views. Yes, there are but there’s currently a giant crane in the way and you can only see the views while standing up. 3. Both the bedrooms are located on the lower floor near the front door, it’s a bit awkward feeling for those who are not used to this kind of floor plan. While the property is in good condition, the location is not the most convenient and the rental management company is one of the most unfriendly and unhelpful I’ve ever encountered. In the contract they have an itemized list of charges listing somewhat inflated values for anything that could be damaged in the apartment.

+ La posizione è ottima in quanto con la macchina sono facilmente raggiungibili tutti i siti per noi piu interessanti del lago. Inoltre bella la vista ma peccato che da seduti la vista è oscurata dal balcone e per godere della vista bisogna stare in piedi.
− Poca biancheria (gli asciugamani per una settimana di soggiorno non erano sufficienti) e le stanze erano dotate di poca luce.
