+ We had such a wonderful stay in Santa Margherita Ligure, and a big part of that was thanks to Martina and Davide. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, warmth, and hospitality. They were always attentive and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. They were also incredibly helpful during our stay, even assisting us with making a dinner reservation when we were having difficulty contacting the restaurant ourselves. It’s these thoughtful little touches that really make a stay memorable. We truly felt that Martina and Davide cared about their guests and wanted us to enjoy not only the apartment, but our whole experience in Santa Margherita. The accommodation itself was lovely, but having such wonderful hosts made our stay even more special. We leave Santa Margherita with beautiful memories and would happily stay with Martina and Davide again. Grazie mille, Martina e Davide, per la vostra gentilezza e ospitalità. + We stayed here for 2 nights in July and I wished I stayed longer. We are a family of 4, 2 adults , 2 Teens. The property was spacious, super clean, close to everything, comfortable. Honestly it was great. They have a large grocery across the street that’s super convenient. The place is only 7-10 minutes walk to/from the water. And the owners Davide and Martina are wonderful!! When Davide came to meet us to give us the key he suggested places to visit the best routes to take. Such a nice man and his wife sent us a list of restaurants to try. Really great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!

+ The apartment is located in a new building within walking distance of the promenade of Santa Margherita Ligure and all the restaurants and attractions, as well as the magnificent park and Villa Durazzo. Super convenient and almost impossible for Santa Margherita, the apartment has an underground garage accessible by elevator from the apartment. The apartment is wonderful, modernly furnished, air-conditioned, clean, spacious and has a balcony. It has everything you need - a coffee machine with capsules and a fully equipped kitchen. As a compliment, there was water and Prosecco in the fridge. The owner Martina is an amazing young lady, perfectly fluent in English. She welcomed us, showed us the apartment and answered all our questions. She was always on hand to answer all our inquiries. I can say that she not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to the city and the surrounding area and recommended restaurants and interesting places around to visit. I wish Martina much success in her business, which she deserves and will undoubtedly achieve. Thank you Martina! I definitely recommend visiting this place!
