- The place needs a good clean as it smells like dog and is pretty dusty. Its on the top floor with stairs and no lift. The toilet did not flush which was a real issue. - I was looking for a place to rest on my drive. The place was ok but, unfortunately, there were some long term guests that made a lot of noise during the night, I had to ask them to be quiet first at 2.30 am and then again at 5 am. + Goregous apartment and spacious room.
− I ain't gonna lie, this place is great but the decor is a bit weird. Like, some of it is Renaissance Italy, some of it American diner and my room had a lampshade with clowns on it. Plus the kitchen had no utensils and the door to the freezer wouldn't close as it was so frosted up. Have to climb up three floors to get to it with no lift.

+ The location is in the heart of the city, everything is only a few minutes away at most. Despite the fact it is a budget hotel, the facilities and amenities are way better than you'd expect. The host was very open to answering any questions and friendly. The inclusion of small fans are definitely appreciated too in the summer time.
− It would have been nice to know where our room is located before purchasing as my mother is disabled and can't climb stairs well at all, so it was a bit of a surprise to find it on the 5th floor; that said I'm sure I could have asked the host as they were very accommodating and open to answering any questions. The lights in the entrance were a little dim though and made it a little tricky to navigate.
