House rules
Please note that the prepayment, security deposit and cleaning fees must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal before arrival. The property will contact you after booking to provide you with the payment instructions.
The renter is liable for all travelers and agrees to treat the rental property with care. Any damage incurred during the rental period must be reported to the landlord immediately. If the damage is caused by the renter, repair costs will be charged. In the event of lost or stolen items, we reserve the right to retain the security deposit until the matter is resolved. We ask that any broken dishes be replaced on site.
Our wastewater system, as is common in this region, is connected to a private septic tank. Based on past experience, we would like to remind you that only toilet paper may be used in the toilets. In the past, the sewage pipes have repeatedly become blocked due to the flushing of wet wipes, sanitary napkins, baby diapers, tampons, paper towels, cotton swabs, etc. This has resulted in significant repair and cleaning costs. We therefore ask for your understanding that in such cases, the security deposit will be retained until the repair costs have been determined.
Pets are not allowed.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house. (Non-smoking house).
We accept no liability for accidents of any kind. Use of the swimming pool facilities is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
Outside of peak season, the swimming pool can be heated by a heat pump. During this time, the water surface is covered with a tarp. Please only roll up the tarp while using the pool and cover it again immediately afterward to maintain the water temperature. We ask for your understanding that otherwise, for energy-saving reasons, we will have to switch off the heat pump.
For safety reasons, open fires are not permitted in the house or on the property.

• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

• A damage deposit of €400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. That's about $449. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
