I spent a few wonderful days at La Mora Selvatica, a peaceful country residence in the Campagnano Romano area, surrounded by nature yet within easy reach of Rome. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well equipped and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. But what really makes this place special is the peace, silence and immediate connection with the Roman countryside. Just a short distance away is the beautiful Lake Martignano, a true oasis of peace where you can enjoy nature, relax by the lake and discover the excellent local food and traditional restaurants of the area. The Veio Regional Park, countryside walks and unspoilt rural landscapes offer even more opportunities to explore. For international travellers who already know and love Rome, I particularly recommend this experience. It reveals another dimension of a Roman holiday — slower, greener, more authentic and deeply connected to the landscape and local culture. For those who have fallen in love with Rome, some of its most rewarding discoveries begin just outside the city. La Mora Selvatica is an excellent base from which to experience them. + La struttura si trova nelle campagne intorno a Roma, e si può apprezzare la pace e la tranquillità offerta dal luogo grazie al curato spazio esterno in cui si trova lo stabile. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato è nuovissima e arredata in stile tradizionale ma con servizi e doccia moderni e di qualità alta. La pulizia è impeccabile. In aggiunta a questi elementi già molto positivi, il vero punto forte di questa struttura sono gli host, due ragazzi giovani ed energici (e la loro dolcissima bambina), che ci hanno trattato con gentilezza e disponibilità dal primo momento.
− Considerando le temperature eccezionali, l’unica piccolezza che avremmo apprezzato in più sarebbe stata un mini frigo da camera, ma per noi il soggiorno è comunque stato da 10 sotto tutti i punti di vista.
