+ I spent a week in the apartment in the second week of July 2026. First I need to commend the communication with Josep and Montserrat, the hosts. They were very friendly and accomodating, replying quickly (also in English) -- often in a matter of minutes -- whenever I had a question. The apartment itself is beautiful: It's a ground-floor apartment in a quiet side street, so that noise was never any problem. Although it is at street level, it is not overly dark during the day, with the windows letting in a good amount of light. As you can see on the photos, the apartment has been decorated with much love, giving it a quaint, rustic vibe (which I mean in the best possible sense). The kitchen has everything one needs, including many utensils, and the dining room/living room area is spacious, with a large, round wooden table and a nice couch. There is a wholly separate bedroom with a full-size bed -- convenient for couples -- and a ceiling fan, and there is also, in a chamber adjacent to the main room, and separable from it via a curtain, an area with a pull-out bed with two mattresses. While I'd say that the apartment is ideal for two people, it can thus easily host 4 as well. The bathroom is small but contains everything you need, including a washing machine. - Nothing really comes to mind -- if you want an apartment with a huge amount of natural sunlight, then any ground-floor apartment won't be for you. The apartment comes with three well-working fans rather than an AC, which also makes sense given the natural cooling intrininsic to ground-floor apartments. Even during absolute summer heat I felt very much cooled enough by the fans. I would say this would only pose a problem for those who need or prefer total, hotel-style air conditioning down to 18 or 19 degrees celsius.
