- It took 1 hour from arrival to get into our room. We were in an annexe 400m away. The map was inadequate. There was no signage for the building (a residential block of apartments) or on the building to say we were on the 3rd floor. We ended up asking one of the residents. There were no chairs on the balcony. When I asked for some I was told, "tomorrow". I said no, we'll go for a beer. 2 hours later the chairs were there. The promised WiFi didn't work. The concierge kept complaining he had no staff to help. He never asked for payment, and I never offered because I thought I had. I managed to pay a couple of days later, but it was many emails. + La camera era pulitissima, spaziosa e accogliente. Io e mio marito abbiamo conosciuto anche la signora delle pulizie, una donna molto gentile e garbata. Davvero complimenti. La posizione del b&b era ottima, avevamo tutto vicino dalla lungomare ai vari localetti. Ma soprattutto il supermercato conad dove scendevamo dal palazzo ed era li a pochi passi. Siamo soddisfatti e ci siamo rilassati tantissimo. Grazie di tutto è stato un vero piacere.
