En effectuant une réservation auprès de la société AMORGOS, le client s’engage à utiliser le logement et ses équipements avec soin et à répondre de toute dégradation, détérioration ou perte survenue pendant son séjour et qui lui serait imputable.
En cas de dommage constaté à l’issue du séjour, AMORGOS se réserve le droit de demander au client le remboursement des frais de réparation, de remplacement ou de remise en état correspondants, sur la base du préjudice effectivement constaté. En effectuant une réservation, le client autorise le règlement des sommes dues liées au dégradations, pertes, etc par un prélèvement sur la carte renseignée lors de la réservation.
Tout dommage pourra faire l’objet d’une évaluation et, le cas échéant, de justificatifs (photographies, devis, factures ou autres éléments permettant d’établir la réalité et le montant du préjudice). Des frais de dossier de 30€ peuvent être appliqués en cas de dégradation.
En effectuant la réservation, vous donnez le droit à la société AMORGOS de prélever sur la carte renseignée au moment de la réservation le montant des réparations des dégradations faites lors de votre séjour dans l'appartement ou dans les parties communes, au même titre, les options et prestations prises durant votre séjour et non soldées. Des frais de dossier peuvent s'appliquer. Le client s'engage à signaler dès son arrivée d'éventuels objets manquants ou équipements cassés/détériorés."

House rules
The sauna is open from 17:00 until 20:00. Reservation needed.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open from 10:00 until 20:00.
A linen package is available for 12.5 EUR per person per stay which includes:
- bedsheets
- towels (1 big and 1 small per person)
Sauna on reservation and pool and jacuzzi from 11am to 7pm
The common areas are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and are freely accessible (pool, hot tub, fitness room). The sauna is heated starting at 5 p.m. and closes at 8 p.m. No reservation is required.
Bed linens and towels are not included; if you wish to have them, there is an additional charge of €12.50 per person.
Final cleaning is not included in the price. You may clean the apartment yourself using the cleaning kit provided or choose the cleaning service option, available starting at €45.

• Please inform La Pradella in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of €12.5 per person or bring their own.
